    Our Family Life Center campus, with its full-size gym and 40 acres of grounds, affords us many opportunities to take care of our physical selves.  

    Consider joining us for Men's basketball, Co-Ed basketball, or for Spirit Walk & Roll, a brisk morning walk around the gym to music!  Check our Calendar for dates and times.

    Yoga and Pilates classes, taught by a variety of local instructors, are offered through our Tributaries Spiritual Growth Academy.  For more information, check our Calendar.

    Tai Chi Classes for senior citizens are also offered as part of our primetime@fed Ministry.  Those classes take place at our Bell Street campus on Monday mornings.
