In these stressful times dealing with COVID and social unrest in society, we need opportunities and skills for reducing stress and anxiety. We can learn and create ways to experience calm and peace and yoga combined with breath and meditation is a wonderful way to do this.
In this Gentle Slow Flow Yoga class we link breath, movement, and poses together. Balance, calm and peacefulness result from attention to the breath as we move through the physical postures. All levels of yoga participants can find their personal challenges, as they slowly and mindfully move through the class. Modifications will be suggested as needed. This class is open to everyone with the ability to move through seated, standing, kneeling, and reclined positions unassisted.
